What do you like best about Reputation?

Reputation is really good at managing reviews and giving recommendations on how to improve Google review scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

We were oversold on many features like social media management, for example. Reputation is really good at its core functions like review management and surveys, but its additional features miss the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We leverage the RepScore internally to create KPI's, this is helpful in giving the on-site teams goals, while also improving our online reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
