I like the fact it will bring all the mentions across your social media together in one place. Save you a ton of time and allows you to focus on other things and building relationships. When it says every mention of you on social media, it means it. So any time someone @'s you, it's going to show up, and filtering through all of those was a pain because not every @ was a review.
