What do you dislike about Repup?

The present functions allow the software to evaluate customer satisfaction only at the end of his stay , so service recovery ca not be initiated.

Rep up is coming up with a solution wherein their upgraded version allow us to collect feed backs right from the the first interaction we make with a prospective client , so it will help up us on meeting and exceeding the customer expectation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
