Should have some general monitor for renewing integrations, what I mean with that is if has access with one of your platforms should check all the others and already renew everything at once, I know this is possible for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), because it is possible to do it on another tool called Sprout.

If you don't remember wich template you used, it's hard to make always the same reports, because the templates they propose you have a lot of different utilities, maybe they can show you which template you used the last time you generated a report.
