The integration with our SMS (Tekmetric) is seamless. It's very straight forward and simple to learn. - ease of parts look up - integration with SMS - it's a great tool for a quick look up - the diagrams super helpful **What do you dislike about RepairLink?** Is not always up to date. part number/prices may not be what is shown. most european and asian dealers still require us to call them to quote parts. - can't always trust the information provided. - no real customer support that i've seen. **What problems is RepairLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Repairlink has made it much faster to quite the correct part - it has greatly reduced the amount of time that we spend on hold with dealership parts departments. The integration with our SMS ensures that part numbers will not get written down wrong adn that the prices will be (mostly) right ### 3.
