Ease of finding parts and integration with tekmetric Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to know if it's actually in stock, and there have been some times the price was not the same as the dealer would sell it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use this software multiple times a day - we have 12-15 techs in our shop and they all use this to look up pricing and part numbers. The integration with our SMS (Tekmetric) is seamless. It's very straight forward and simple to learn.

most european and asian dealers still require us to call them to quote parts.

I can look up International parts and diagrams and then also see if my local international has in stock and for how much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when lookup diagrams, if i click on and then back up and click again, it shows something totally different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i can't think of any downsides to the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
