What do you like best about Rep AI?

It's fast and takes full advantage of AI technology. It has helped me make sales. And they are flexible with support and pricing. They assess what we, as e-commerce Store owners, need and help us get there. I recommend this app fully.

I live in a time zone that makes it impossible to be online 24 hours a day. This app makes it possible to have that 24 support for my shop.

What do you dislike about Rep AI?

I've had a few customers get frustrated with being unable to speak directly to a human and get stuck in a cycle loop in the app. This isn't a dislike of the app. People genuinely feel like they are talking to someone. There have been more incredible experiences than not great.

As the AI learns more and more about our prouducts it is able to help our customers make better informed decisions and purchases 24 hours a day. It has increased sales and make customers happier. What do you like best about Rep AI?

We've been using RepAI for the last month as our first AI Live Chat functionality on the site. The set-up and onboarding was fantastic - we're a larger retailer so the RepAI team really did the vast majority for us, setting up bespoke responses and ensuring it really delivered on what we needed it to do, as well as matching our brand voice.

We've now finished our free trial and moved into a retainer basis with a dedicated account handler. There's still some refinement to go, and ongoing improvements and ways to make it even more efficient for us, and useful for customers. But I'm excited to see what it can do.

Others have mentioned the price of the app. I have to say, if you work out how much money it's generating for you in sales, and saving you customers contacting your customer services team, it's actually very cost effective piece of kit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to help convert customers on our website, to increase conversion rates and help that customer journey.

We also needed to provide a way to answer basic customer queries on the website, to divert customers away from an overworked and overstretched customer services team.

Rep started to resolve both of these issues almost straight away. It's converting sales and reducing bounce rate. It's also answering basic customer queries, which is helping customers in their customer journey, rather than them having to contact customer services and wait for a response. Rep AI is very good at determining the best answer to provide to customers to keep the interaction pleasant and helpful. It does a pretty good job of answering common, everyday questions, which keeps these types of questions and scenarios from bogging down our customer service email and phone line.
