I find Rentvine's responsive customer support really helpful. Whenever I have technical questions or need assistance, the knowledge center usually has the answers, but if not, they get back to me within thirty minutes to an hour. I appreciate how quickly they fix system glitches and keep us in the loop with alerts about what's going on. Their efficiency really aids my daily work, making processes smoother and less stressful. I also had a great initial setup experience. The onboarding was awesome, and they guided us through everything, especially on the banking and accounting side. I feel the integration with pet screening needs a bit of work. Having applicants fill out their pet screening and it not linking directly is a bit frustrating. I have to go back into pet screening to get all the details because they’re not transferring over into Rentvine. There's just a button that says pet screening, and you can't click on it. Every step of the software is thought out well for ease of use. Open API and ownership of our information. I wish there was a way to accrue for large owner expenses like annual tax bills. Right now there is no way to do this other than to go in and manually revise the repair reserves every month. I really appreciate how Rentvine streamlines our accounting, maintenance, and communication with both tenants and owners. The maintenance area is especially beneficial; I can submit work orders and communicate with the maintenance team all in one place. It's convenient to assign vendors and let owners follow along as the work order gets completed. Rentvine feels modern and user-friendly compared to what we used before, which was a nice change. Rentvine is easy to use and very user-friendly. Even if there's a new feature I haven't used before, it's very easy to find and use. For instance, they recently updated a feature from a note tab to an image, and it was very easy to find. In general, the platform is very easy to use and very user-friendly. I also use another platform such as RentSpree, and I would much like to see if there is any kind of integration between the different rental applications, like copying, pasting, or downloading, uploading documents easily. I don't know if through the APIs or some other features to create the integration to transfer the documentation or information easily rather than just going through the traditional process of uploading, downloading, or copy-pasting.
