**What do you like best about Rentvine?**

I find Rentvine very useful as they make it easy to collect rent, pay owners, screen applications, and handle maintenance issues. I appreciate their ability to provide owner statements and tenant ledgers. What I like the most is their customer service, which is the best. They respond quickly and always solve my issues. The team at Rentvine significantly facilitated the transfer process, which wasn't hard at all, as they did most of the work.

**What do you dislike about Rentvine?**

It would be great to have a mobile app, but I understand they are looking into it.

**What do you like best about Rentvine?**

I love the customizable dashboard sections in Rentvine, making it easy to locate applications in process and use the different statistics and charts for my weekly reports. I also enjoy the custom email templates we can create. The convenience of communication with all types of clients through Rentvine is another aspect I appreciate. Rentvine's better layout and easier accessibility compared to our previous tool, Buildium, were key reasons for our switch. I gave Rentvine an 8 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Rentvine?**

The letters, once created, cannot be edited, and I don't like this. You can't include emojis or certain symbols in Rentvine emails, and it's a little disappointing that I can't change the color of links in emails once created.

**What problems is Rentvine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rentvine for easy access to tenant and applicant details. The customizable dashboard and statistics help with my weekly reports, and I love the convenience of the custom email templates and communication.

Si ya easy and convenient and the signatures are auto generated so I could complete the documents sent to me in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Rentvine?**

Nothing that I can mention. I did have to contact the sender to refine the documents. But that was not a Rentvine concern.

**What problems is Rentvine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to communicate remotely vs. having to go into the office. Saving me time and gas!

**What do you like best about Rentvine?**

I had a really good experience with Rentvine. The management was very helpful, especially when I was a bit behind on rent. They worked well with me to make things happen and even gave me a $100 credit for the next month, which was cool. What I like most about Rentvine is that it's easy to use. The app allows you to do basically everything, from reporting issues to paying rent. The setup was easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Rentvine?**

I guess, if you have to report something that's not working, it could have been a little bit better displayed. I actually had a hard time finding it.

Rentvine helps me pay rent and provides credits.

Their accounting integration within the software makes the owner payout process simple and straightforward. It is easy to use and navigate and if you run into any questions there is a vast online help section as well as friendly customer support. Onboarding was a breeze, they were helpful along the way.

There have been a couple of hiccups along the way with onboarding new features within the software. They are always resolved.

The biggest downfall we are experiencing is just learning the program and how to use all of its features.

They are working on a downloadable app for the tenant's, property managers and owners.  Since most people are on their phones throughout the day an app will make it more functional.

Until now they didn't have cell phone app.  Now that they have one, I'll have to give it a try.

The the product is great, but the customer support is amazing. They are always so fast and helpful.

I'm pretty sure there are a number of features that I am not using as well as I could be, but for now it is a perfect solution.

It does my accounting perfectly with beautiful statements, and the Rentvine team takes care of my trust account reconciliation. This saves me at least a week a month, and an indescribable amount of stress has completely evaporated. I feel confident that I will avoid compliance issues and see steady growth.

I like that Rentvine is very customizable and adaptable to the specific needs of a property management company. The support team has been very beneficial, and whenever I submit a ticket, I get a response within thirty minutes to an hour, which is helpful.

Sometimes on some pages, I think Rentvine can be more concise and nicely organized. Especially, the resident pages, the leases, and the property pages could be streamlined.

While the videos are quite explanatory and useful, they are sometimes a bit long.

I really like the onboarding team and the user interface of Rentvine. It's very easy to use and saves us a lot of time from having to learn a new system. Plus, it helps ensure that all our bank account numbers are transferred from old software to new software flawlessly. This minimizes mistakes and makes the transition smooth and easy.

I would like to be assigned a continued support representative that I could reach out to on a regular basis, someone who knows our portfolio.

I like the improvement Rentvine has made over the last year. It was a rough start, but they listened and are improving. I also value the reporting features. Although not perfect, they are moving in the right direction.

I believe Rentvine is missing live support, like being just a phone call away. While online access is good, sometimes having a call makes a difference. Also, I would recommend they continue improving with features like phone support and an app for handheld devices.

The timezone difference of the user and the company. I think it would be best if the timezones won't affect the postings of any transactions, like to have a general timezone for a company and it's users.

I really appreciate the support team at Rentvine, especially Mario Sefa, who is attentive, patient, and a great listener. His extensive knowledge of accounting and the software makes working with him seamless and reassuring. He is incredibly helpful, providing prompt responses, sharing videos, and guiding me step by step through procedures. I also like the software-friendly usage of Rentvine. The accounting and lease management features are another big plus. Setting everything up was very easy too.

I love the ease of entering manual tenant payments with Rentvine, as it makes it easy to match up tenant charges with the payments they present. Rentvine saves us time and money through ease of entry, knowledge base, and an outstanding support team. We've been with Rentvine since the beginning and love it, and we wouldn't dream of switching.

**What do you dislike about Rentvine?**

RentSign has had some glitches - not allowing tenants to fill out fields or sign. RentSign support is working diligently to correct any of these issues.

Rentvine saves us time and money with easy entry, a helpful Knowledge Base, and great support. I love the simplicity of matching tenant charges with their payments.

I have been using Rentvine for about seven months and haven't found anything I don't like yet.

I like how user-friendly and organized Rentvine is. It helps us keep all leases and tenant information organized while also managing work orders, maintenance, and communications with tenants and owners.

I use Rentvine for rent management, keeping leases and tenant information, handling work orders, maintenance, and communicating with tenants and owners. It's user-friendly and organized.

Very intuitive and a helpful onboarding team.

I haven't used every feature yet, but no issues so far.

I'm running a business and don't have a lot of time to figure out complicated software platforms. Rentvine keeps the user interface simple and easy to use.

I like that I can search anything on the top bar in Rentvine and find it without having to dig through everything. It makes it easier to use and saves time.

I use Rentvine for managing the finance side of my property management business. The search functionality makes it easier to use and saves time, as I can find anything in the top bar without digging through everything.

I really like the layout and organization of the software.  Support has been great also

As a new PM startup, the accounting can be overwhelming.

Legal/Accounting compliance is most important to me right now as a startup.  Ongoing support will be key for me.
