The software was very easy to set up and the offered workflow is completely in line with our business requirements. Planning and executing projects, managing materials and customer specific pricing is very intuitive and easy to learn. Especially the integrated QR-code functionality and the mobile phone app make mobilization and demobilization of project materials very comfortable and easy. I haven't seen global online access to such a robust set of tools from any other provider. From reserving and tracking equipment to scheduling people, the majority of functions are a breeze. Because this is a SAAS solution, you are limited in customization. There are a few key features that are important to me, but not to any of their clients, so it is unlikely that I will ever get those things that I'm looking for. I would like to see a stronger focus on: annual inventory verification process, route planning, Outlook / Office 365 integration, Point-Of-Sale transactions, and CRM functions that are not connected to individual projects.
