All landlords can find plenty of inbuilt tools such as rent amount collection, preparing and screening the applications, responding to maintenance requests, etc. There will be good transparency in bidding systems where we can see other interested rentals bidding and we can adjust ours as per our interest and market demands. This platform is user-friendly but it was difficult for me when I used other applications for searching new places.
