What do you like best about Rent Manager?

The features of RMO are very easy to figure out with a basic understanding of computers. Menus are where you think they'd be, options work how you'd think. Labels are clear and simple. App works well for the basics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Administrative permissions are often needed to make even the slightest changes in abilities, which can be time consuming initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rent Manager?

It is user friendly, and it is nice to be able to run filters for large amounts of properties that we manage. I run filters based on what units have gone on the market within the last week, and it is very easy to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Manager?

It's slow at times when I'm trying to upload pictures for units, and it will sometimes kick me out of the program, but for the most part, it is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's even more of a time saver and it's right there when you log in for the day. We love it! With documents and photos, Upload Manager might help increase speed. This is included with Rent Manager Online and our support team can help you set up this feature: https://www.rentmanager.com/customer-resources/customer-support/. They can also check out why you might get kicked out of the program as well.

What do you like best about Rent Manager?

We manage a very unique portfolio of properties and rental units across a diverse group of target demographics, and Rent Manager has been very customize-able to our way of doing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Manager?

A lot of custom development or a partnership with another CRM has been necessary in order for us to report accurately on leads, showings, conversions, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the old reports on Xi did not fully integrate over to RM12 but they say they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payable's are easy with eChecks, we use check scanning and ACH for rent collections and are now using service manager more to track progress and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rent Manager?

I like the ability to keep track of when certain payments are due, to be able to add automatic charges to an account, and the ability to look at all notes/history on a given property with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
