I have worked in the manufactured housing industry, using Rent Manager, for more than 15 years. In that time frame, I have watched London Computer Systems continually expand and develop this software to suit the needs of not just our industry but also those in apartment, single family, sheds, storage, and parking rentals--just to name a few. While the concept of the Phone Broadcast feature is great, the actual use of it is less than stellar. We have received calls from residents complaining that there is no recording or the recording kicks in halfway through the call. In addition, there is no report for Phone Broadcasts that shows which property used the feature and give totals for those sent versus those answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and navigate if you understand the system and how the system works. Also, customer service is fast and efficient. Whenever there's a problem with the system, the technician was able to resolve it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For some reason, one day the system works perfectly and one day the system is down for a while. The team does random updates or system check in the middle of the day when the system should be running in order to run the business. Also, the uploads are very slow and you need to be patient. We use Xi and the font is really small. There is NO WAY to adjust it. Our entire staff complains. We have staff state they now have to wear glasses because of the font. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Rent Manager 12 is that it is easy to use. Navigation is simple and the Command Launch search feature makes locating anything quick and painless. Plus, everything is integrated - from customer management, to accounting, to service orders, etc. So, the need for multiple software programs is minimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the Help Viewer was more in depth.. Although there is a lot of content, with more being added on a regular basis, the content is very introductory and not as in depth as I would like. There are so many features to RM12 that we are not using simply because we are either not aware of them, or aren't sure how to implement them.
