What do you like best about Rent Centric?

This company is the worse, absolutely nothing about them is worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Centric?

Everything, Michael Yusuf is full of crap. Over promised and under delivered on all the services he said he would provide. The software is outdated, I've been with them for months and the system wouldn't even take a payment correctly. This software is a joke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Rent Centric:

Stay away Michael is a liar, I know 3 other people who've had nightmares working with this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rent Centric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Absolutely none, they are supposed to be a car rental software to help people franchise and it's not, they claim to be in business with major brands like Avis, budget etc. That is a lie, this is a mom and pop operation where the owners answer the phone and don't know anything about the development of the software. I've had to put in several support tickets with issues not being resolved almost daily. I've been on the phone with them for hours and they're answer to everything is I have to send it to someone else. They just made this crap and charged me upwards of $3,000 for something I could have probably paid someone in India to develop myself and I would have probably had better results. I like it is its capacity and its immediate way in its support system also brings some discounts that are very positive for the company where I work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Centric?

I use that software almost more than 5 months and I had no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has greatly benefited me with the invoicing and inventory management of vehicles easily giving me more mobility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
