"Good Service, amazing customer support"

What do you like best about Renderforest?

The customer support, I think it is one of the best I've ever seen. They solved a bug I reported in a week only, and they reported me the progress of their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Renderforest?

The only thing I would improve in renderforest is the template customizability, I think you should be able at least to change the position of a text in the video editor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Renderforest?

Renderforest offers a wide range of options to brand your content. I found its logo maker option very capable for brand campaigns. One of the main highlights of this tool has to be its pricing plans; it's very reasonable for the number of features it is packed with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Renderforest?

One of the issues I faced was while trying to make an explainer video. Though it has a wide array of templates available, it doesn't let you start making a video from scratch and also there is no option to mix and match scenes from different templates to match your needs. What do you like best about Renderforest?

Renderforest Video Maker has been the best system I've come across which facilitates our marketing content. This easily replaced having an in-house graphic designer in a matter of seconds. VERY impressive and totally worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much to say here... I've yet to come across something I didn't like or found valuable. The only thing I dislike is that I didn't use this earlier on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried out many systems that required old knowledge about adobe products (photoshop, premier pro, etc.) and they were simply too time-consuming. I don't have time to be learning about systems in order to create elegant and rich content. Renderforest helped me fix all of that in a matter of minutes. Easily the best system I've come across. What do you like best about Renderforest?

For me, it is a complete platform. I use it for my YouTube channel, e-learning with Miss Flor, where I create content. Recently, I created a tutorial with Renderforest and I am editing the second part. The intros are spectacular, the templates are very practical, you no longer need to be an expert in editing. The logo creator is amazing and very helpful for small and large entrepreneurs. Besides creating explanatory videos, just by writing the content, Renderforest's artificial intelligence creates your video. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Renderforest?

In Renderforest, I had an issue; when rendering, my PC froze and the same video was downloaded 8 times, using up my credits. In previewing, which is rendering, it consumes your credits.
