What do you like best about RemoteCall?

It can support computer, mobile and visual.

In particular, Visual support can be used in various ways.

What do you dislike about RemoteCall?

The design is a bit bad, it looks old.

It is simple, easy to use, and has good features, but the design is a disappointing. They must be change UI and they need to invest more in advertising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RemoteCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do not simply monitor customer failures, but rather check and respond to them live.

In addition, the biggest advantage is that we can provide remote support without having to visit an expert in person.
