What do you like best about Remote?

From onboarding to offer release, Remote made it seamless with its great, inituitive and easy to use platform. Although, there was some back and forth in terms of contract and documents, but the team was helpful and timely support was provided. Remote makes it breeze to manage complexities of remote work. What do you dislike about Remote?

I've personally faced only one issue with the platform.

Sometimes, there can be issues with what's the orginal contract is v/s what's the published version on Remote, so it's advisable to read the documents thoroughly and ensure it's having all the clauses, rest is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I haven't been using Remote through my employer for very long yet (a month), but so far its been easy to use and I can find everything I need quickly. If you're familiar with Deel, you'll find Remote similar and the UX is very clear and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I have everything work-related in one place, no need to further use other resources to check and ask for vacation days, request invoices, and so on. It's also easier to manage more than one company in the case of freelance working, therefore I would definitely recommend the site for a complete working experience. What do you dislike about Remote?

I would really appreciate more withdrawal methods, I'm comfortable with the one that I use but it would be very helpful to have more to choose from, especially for us folk in LATAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my previous job, before even knowing Remote, I had to use 3 different platforms to check my documents, available vacation days and invoices. Even worse, one of them was only available via a mobile app. Now I've been using Remote for about 5 months and I couldn't be happier with having all my work-related stuff just located in one place. What do you like best about Remote?

Despite having my employers being in the different side of the world, my benefits is just the same as working here in the PH. I am still entitled for a 13th month pay, even when my eployer does not have such benefit i ln their country.

Also, Remote's staff are very helpful. They can assist you and responds immediately when a concern has been raised to them

They are alse integrated to my employer's inhouse time management, thus even without logging in to remote, my attendace and timeoffs are recorded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I like that the platform is user-friendly. You can access most of the information yourself, request time off, track your holiday allowance etc.

The customer support is always spot on. They reply quickly and point you to the right place to seek information if needed.

Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with the ease of use, the features they offer, the benefits they can provide etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

When I was onboarded as a Spain-based employee, there wasn't enough transparency between their client and myself. Remote only provided info about my registration and onboarding process, then just sent over the contract. When I asked questions, I was either directed to some articles on their website, which didn't help or to communicate my concerns with their Client (technically my employer who's hiring me through Remote's services).
