Customer support has been exceptional, always ready to assist with any questions or issues that arise. Overall, Remote has streamlined our payroll process, Our pay is credited on time and there is no delay. It is wh y I loved Remote.

What do you like best about Remote?

It is a very practical tool with ease of use; the dashboard has the necessary functions and a good summary of the most important information visible (time off requested public holidays upcoming). The Toggle help menu is also helpful: the information is pertinent and useful. About the support chat, when I have used it, I have obtained quick replies, and my questions most of the time are solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

When I started using Remote and accessed the Chat support, I was a bit frustrated because sometimes I saw a message telling me that the employee had disconnected because I had not responded. I explained that I was in another time zone and sleeping when I received the reply. But it was just that occasion; after it, I had quick and on-time replies. What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the company is working with the correct people at the local level because, in my case, all aspects regarding my contract are working well:punctual payments, correct information about public holidays, the payment of the thirteen month (for Costa Rica laws) and others. I can clarify all my doubts in one place and when the person who take my case does not know the answer, he or she make efforts to look for the information to reply me soon. It's really easy to create an invoice which would otherwise take an hour at the least if everything goes right Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

My US-based company uses Remote as its EOR for its overseas employees (which is my case). I love the human approach they have for all their employees and how excellent their customer support is. Their interface is super easy to handle without any previous training. I never had an onboarding process as smooth as I had during my career. What do you like best about Remote?

It is easy to work from the country of your choice while your employee is in another country.

It has all the neccessary features like requesting absences or reimburse expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

The whole process was very US centered. I had to uplad many documents, while a european passport would have been enough.

Also the "oh there was a flood, we are there for you" email was only hot air. If you want to offer me financial support nice, but why do you think you need to send me an email, telling me to listen to my local authorities? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
