Been using remote for just under 2 months, we moved from upwork. It has been a very straight forward and a pleasant transition.
Very accurate with conversions rates and so far the dates they say I'll get paid on, I do.
It logs me out automatically in a timely manner which I am fond of for security reasons.

I did not have a hard time setting up my account with Remote. It was a great experience and very user friendly. Customer service is fast and very helpful. One of the greatest thing a company such remote can offer is an awesome customer support which so far is looking good for me.
