What do you like best about Remote?

I appreciate that Remote just works and isn't something I have to manage or think about most of the time. The employee website portal is easy to navigate and allows me to view pay stubs, tax documents, salary history, and benefits information. The ability to split my paycheck among multiple accounts is very valuable to me. When I've needed help, the Remote employees have always been helpful, so it's nice to have that support. Remote also makes paying appropriate tax deductions easy, and I believe it simplifies paying an employee in a different country for my employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote?

I think Remote has a very high bar for attention to detail, and their platform is really well-built and reliable. Their team is always reachable, which gives me confidence that we've partnered with the right company. It's crucial for our infrastructure because we want our team to get paid on time every time without struggling with the platform or wasting hours running payroll each month. The platform is designed to stay out of the way, allowing me to get everything done quickly without any management overhead. I usually spend about thirty minutes a month, thanks to its design with true attention to detail and reliability at its core. What do you dislike about Remote?

I think right now, there's some parts of the onboarding process that push the new freelancer hub and I don't like that concept when we're hiring somebody. We are onboarding that team member. And they're joining with an @scalemath.com email, as in our company email. So they shouldn't be exposed to the concept of a freelancer hub in Remote. What do you like best about Remote?

I really like the self-service approach that Remote provides. They have a website where I can administer everything, and I'm locally employed by a local entity. They prepare the tax forms for me beforehand and handle everything as a back office, so I don't have to rely on any third parties to get the accounts done. The setup was absolutely easy; it only required minimal paperwork demanded by local law. Apart from that, logging into the website and entering personal details made the process very seamless and quick, something that can be completed in about an hour. What do you dislike about Remote?

I think support through Remote could be improved. I do not have (or at least know) any personal contact, and I would like to know who's my first point of contact to reach out to if I have any questions. What do you like best about Remote?

I use Remote for getting paid as a freelancer and it makes it easier to track invoices, preventing them from being lost in a client's inbox. I love having everything in one place, including my contract with my client. The interface is intuitive and extremely user-friendly, with a well-designed, clean, and easy to navigate layout. I've also heard positive feedback from clients using it for employment management, which shows that it works well for both freelancers and companies. The initial setup was super easy and simple. What do you dislike about Remote?

I was limited to a certain number of characters when putting in my invoice numbers, so I couldn’t put in my existing invoicing codes and had to come up with a new one which was kind of annoying. What do you like best about Remote?

I really like how easy it is to use Remote. The interface is very easy, it is accessed and understood very quickly, and that is what I value the most. I can search for historical information, see my payments, tax amounts, and everything in one place. I can also request my vacations right there. It is very easy to handle and makes it easier to save information that can be useful for the future, such as for tax returns or solving issues related to salary matters. What do you like best about Remote?

I love the user interface of Remote, as it's very easy to use and efficient. In previous experiences with other platforms, I've had trouble finding info or submitting time off, but Remote has made these tasks very easy for me. Plus, the mobile application is convenient, saving me lots of time as I can access payroll details on the go and submit time off quickly. I also had a smooth onboarding process with Remote, which left a great first impression. The initial setup was very smooth and quick, with everything outlined simply. What do you like best about Remote?

Remote has made my life much easier as an EOR. It allows me to easily access all my important information, such as payslips and other legal documents, and makes managing my time off and expense requests a smooth process.

As an EOR manager, I can also handle my team members' requests just as efficiently, which saves both time and effort.

The excellent support response times and the AI chatbot in the customer support widget are definite advantages. Getting quick answers to simple questions and receiving the correct documentation links within seconds is a fantastic feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

It would be much better to have more options available for Expenses and Time Off requests, especially if these could be tailored to match country-specific leave types rather than just offering generic categories.

Remote.com provides an easy solution for employing people in countries where we do not have local entities. I have used remote.com in several of my jobs, and always found the solutions to be easy, implementation straightforward and tech and program to work impeccably. Remote.com allows companies to employ and retain talent in an easy way while remaining compliant. I am happy with the level of customer support we receive: always fast and professional responses, the team is solution-oriented and easy to work with, especially for frequent use.

What do you like best about Remote?

I find Remote very simple to use, especially in expense submission, which is super simple and works very well. The user experience (UX) is very good, and the document scanning feature saves a lot of work. What do you like best about Remote?

I like the scheduled invoices feature where I can create recurring invoices without needing to create an invoice every month. I can set up my monthly invoice for the 1st of every month and if there are any changes, like adding overtime or allowances, I can edit the schedule. It helps me remember.
