In order to handle tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely, provide excellent customer service, and provide high-quality service in a seamless, user-friendly environment, we needed support software. What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

remotely controlling a computer from a different location using an Internet connection. LogMeIn Pro provides easy remote computer access to our desktop and all its apps, files, and information - as if we are sitting in front of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

Central has been a reliable, secure method to connect for staff and support puposes.

It is easy to use, so training employees to use is very straight forward. Training is mostly just an email with steps explained briefly. The rest is very intuitive once they connect a couple of times.

When an office computer is replaced, switching a user over to the new one is easy. Was practically transparent to one recent user.

Having a separate ability to browse files is great. Sometimes all that is needed is a copy of a document and the client tool makes it easy to retreive. Dual screen support is a big feature for us.

Support was helpful in our intial migration. Kudos to the helpful, friendly (and patient) staff! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

Having to manually add and configure individuals to host computer. would be great if you could add and then "centrally" control what is available (checkboxes) from the Central portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I can use my Mac at home to run my PC remotely.The Mac doesn't run my legal management software. But using GoToMyPc,I can open my work computer from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

Rescue facilitates quick and secure access to superior support with one-click links to real-time assistance on your website or mobile app. Rescue is fast: No delays or wasted time to initiate a support session. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I don't have much that I dislike other than the price per se. I do know that they offer a free trial and that way you get to see what it is about and how it many be able to help you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times my computers tend to not work and they are freezing and that is the reason that I am able to call in and get somone to work on my computer right away, not wait for a call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The ease of use and the AI features are fantastic options. We also love the option to send a text to a user so we could use their phone camera to diagnose issues off site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I would say for us its the MDM hands down it really needs alot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allowed us to take 4 different products we were using at the time and combine those into 1 product. So instead of logging into all these different programs we now login to resolve and it handles all of the things those programs handled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
