The best remote access login takeover tool i have ever worked with. The tool provided the exact access as on a local machine. The owner of the user had complete control even with the remote enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's organized. there is an option for creating groups and placing machines as per locations. Use local admin credentials or domain credentials to login to remote machine.
It had a great way of telling the user that machine is now remotely managed by turning the background black.
User won't be notified of logmein running in the background because it doesn't have to be minimized.
Transfer the files in background, run cmd or reboot the machine without actually going on the machine.

Sometimes sessions couldn't be established because last session was gone under 2 minutes or so. Two helpdesk agents can't login on to a machine at same time.
You can't remotely login unless someone is signed in, if someone signs out remote session will be disabled.
