What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Everything is all together in one place and the UI is solid. The mobile app is also really good compared to other ticketing/inventory systems that I've used and that's a big plus for me. Being able to run scripts, manage devices, and remote software are all pretty great as well. Was pretty easy to implement into our environment and easy to integrate. Users didn't have a hard time getting acclimated to it as well as it's pretty simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Could be user error on my part, but the software usage isn't as accurate as I would like. Amount of customization for help desk fields could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Go to resolve is one of the finest ticketing and remote desktop tool which help our work easier and better

The ticketing tool has got all the necesary feature that a basic person can understand and work upon. It is a user friendly tool where we can raise a ticket easily. We can also integrate it with multiple other softwares or aplications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

When we connect to the remote access , remote pc or local pc doucments cannot be sent to printers . Which is one of the missing feature

And i belive it is under consideration of the product group team and they are working on it.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Go to resolve helps us to remote into the users PC all over the world where we can troubeshoot the issue remotely and resolve it in timely manner.

It also helps me in antivirus and endpoint management as a security adminstarator

It also gains us some easier way to consiladate it with other application

This is also one of the good service desk tool.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

The software seems to be highly effective for the remote teams as we often come across challenges with our systems/machines and LogMeIn creates a smooth passage through which the operations are not impacted which ultimately leads to minimum TAT for majority of the issues which requires troubleshooting.

The best part is that it works with all the browsers hence giving almost zero difficulties for the IT teams to operate it.

The support is not much required but seems to be quick and accessible. The implementation being smooth as well.

Though we didin't sign up for any integrations, but it seems to be effective as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I believe that the pricing is more on the upper hand which is expected to be the reason that LogMeIn might not be able to tap the smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the user experience could be improved - sometimes it's hard to see if a session has been started, or which button to click to resume Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

older clients using our CRM system are typically tech-avoidant and have difficulties with even the most basic virtual functions (Teams calls) so log me in benefits us as they can call us via landline but then share their screens. our clients really love it and will always ask us to use it. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I like GoToMyPC because it allows me to connect with remote desktops across the globe with my Mac or mobile phone.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Supre easy to use the software with user friendly interface. It provides the best, secure and indenpendent access to my remote PC/device. The setup process is very simple. Few featues like file transfer and remore printing are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I have been using GoToMyPC since 2000 and have used it almost daily and the ease for which it allows me to be anywhere and get into my main computer is priceless. I also love that it can now be accessed successfuly from my phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
