What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

The best part is that the access code for the host computer is never transmitted – it is stored only on the host computer and is not stored on Expertcity servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I can't even think of anything that I don't like on this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me resolve operating system-related issue. It's the fastest remote access tool that I've used so far. It's also fast in OSX environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's no software to be installed; support technicians are always professional and knoweldgeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't find any downside to GoToAssist. I wish all remote technical assistance was as easy to use as GoToAssist is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I like how easy it is to offer remote support to associates. We use this software to provide tech support to thousands of employees. The associate goes to logmein123.com and enters a code, then gets a small download to run to connect our IT team from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I dislike the URL logmein123.com i think its a little unprofessional and script deployment Can be a little odd. Specifically when there are pauses in the script it will not run properly. the script does get stored in a temp folder though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to offer remote support easily to quickly resolve issues. Many employees are unable to solve their issues with simble verbal commands and this software makes it so that is not an isuse. anyone can go to a website and type in a code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
