What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

My customers feel safe when I use a professional app like GTA to help them with computer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There is nothing I dislike. I can't think of any issues I have had that GTA support could not quickly help me to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Ease of use for both Mac and PC. Integrates with Zendesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the remote control very much, you have to give permissions on Mac, but that is an Apple issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I like the ability to login to my PC securely from anywhere remotely.

I also like the file transfer capabilities . If you need the ability to print remotely, they have that as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

It's very expensive - high cost of ownership. I have compared the cost to other solutions and it's significantly more expensive. When compare to traveling across the country, it's still cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing I can really think of other than ocassionaly on dual monitor setups I have to reload once, then fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

Having a central location for all of your IT tools. I appreciate the One2Many and Remote Execution features. I use One2Many and Remote Execution the most, but all the tools have their use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

There could always be more tools, but nothing specific. So far there is no issue with Central, but LogMeIn Pro could use a tune-up. Improvements are always good, but Central is okay as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am solving a large variety of IT-related issues, the main one being remote management, with Central, I have that covered.
