What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

One of the better remote access / unattended access providers. Of the ones I tested, this one had the fewest issues reconnecting on restart compared to some of the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

The cost compared to the feature sets offered by some of the competition. The remote connection side is great however the scripting / RMM features seemed less complete given the price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn Rescue is even used by vendors like Microsoft. It is the best and easiest solution to obtain immediate remote access. The solution makes it very easy for the end user to establish a remote connection with the technician, even if they are not savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

The cost for the software (in a market that is fiercely competitive) is a bit high. LogMeIn knows they are the leader in the market and is priced accordingly. Ideally, if there are a reason to differentiate them beyond remote access and the features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solution fills the gap for MSPs and other support companies to achieve remote access and control of a system they have not touched prior. It makes the initial connection easy for the end user, even if they are not computer savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

I can use on multiple devices. Phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Easy on any of them. Has saved me from having to run in and adjust something so many times. (facility operations is a 24/7 situation) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Pro?

I don't have my double screens like I do at work, but oh well! Have had a few glitches with connection but that seems to be my work equipment and not LogMeIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Pro:

To me it is like being on my work computer. It is easy to learn. If you plan to use it on your phone, there are only a couple of things that are tricky and they depend on the source program. I am also very near-sighted so a small screen doesn't bother me. Zoom and pinch work well. When you go to a PC or laptop, if you have multiple screens, flipping between them can be obnoxious but getting in the car and driving in is more so. I can do everything as if I were in my office except go physically pickup what I have sent to the printer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've never been an early riser. Getting logged on in the morning when there's a need is quick and easy. Same goes for late night calls. I only log into one machine but if I had to do many machines, no doubt, it would be a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

My organization has been using GoToMyPC for a couple of years now. We have not had any troubles with connectivity or slow performance. I recommend this product for anyone in need of accessing another device securely with quick performance. I receive notification from the GoToMyPc tech team if and when they will be applying updates to their system, which is always during the late night hours and does not interfere with our connectivity.
