What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The go to assist remote tool is one of the best tool i have use so far, one of the best thing i like about it is the user-frienly interface , if you are a first timer to use the software , its not gonna be hard to be familliarized with software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

what i dont like about the product is, it sometimes provide a slow response on my computer and really requires a strong internet connection to fully use its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

It's easy to share my screen with clients to show case documents and even get signatures on documents while speaking with them both with audio and video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides the cost there is nothing I do not like I enjoy the ease of use but the extra cost is something i wish I disnt have to incur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

A very well-priced solution that provides support staff the ability to run admin-level commands/functions on a customer's workstation. The HTML5feature allows remote support with zero-install required on the customer side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The product/solution simply just works all the time. Instantly connect, QA/session reviews, multiple monitors, unattended access, group sharing, escalation, audit reports, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

We used the product for many years and it is quite intuitive, I think an onboarding specialist may have allowed us to get even more value out of it to integrate into our IT environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Reasonably priced unattended remote software with simple setup. We are using it as a single user (an owner) who is retired from the organization. For remote support - very simple to use and decent price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

It lacks a voice or video feature which might be nice on occasion. There is also printing challenges, it doesn't work on all of my remote computers. I am mostly happy with everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software allows me to work from my actual office computer's desktop. And allows me to make transfers of large files from one computer to another - fast. It also allows me to access our other remote computers within my first remote access so I don't have to go back and forth between logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
