What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that its easy to use, its also easy to teach people how to use. Its a lightwieght download and it allows even the most un-tech savvy users to be able to access remote help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I dislike that you have to walk the user through downloading it every time. It also tends to lag and be on the slower end of remote help and support. its hard to chat through the remote client as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem we had of connecting to a one time session with other techs or clients. One of the benefits we have realized is that its a good light way of connecting to the computer and doesnt require a lengthy install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The learning curve for new users is minimal to nonexistent, and the same is true for end-users working with clients. The ability to open multiple sessions on a single machine simplifies remote access to many computers. This product has been critical in resolving customer issues, remotely upgrading our software solutions, inspecting computer specifications, and monitoring customers' daily activities to achieve efficient communication. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

When I had questions about new features or just basic GoToAssist assistance, their customer service was either insufficient to respond quickly or took too long to respond to my emails. The connection is occasionally poor. Customers must download and run this software, which will prompt them for a password after installation. There are online app options that require no password at all, as well as other similar tools, to make things go more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

To provide remote assistance to our customers, my colleagues and I used GoToAssist. We were previously using another tool, but after a brief trial with a few members of our team, we decided to switch to this one. After receiving positive feedback from those team members, we ditched our old solution in favor of GoToAssist. Our entire staff began using GoToAssist as soon as it was installed and activated. What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

As phones become more complex, some people have a difficult time understanding and navigating through the different features and functions, especially when something is not working as intended. Rescue allows us the ability to see what the customer is seeing and either guide them to resolve the issue themselves, or take control and fix the issue for them. Being able to access my clients pc's remotely has saved my business. When I started in 2010, I had no idea I would be diagnosed with cancer later that year and Rescue allowed me to continue working with my clients without having to go out to homes and businesses.
