What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Really easy to use and fast to connect. Same quality and efficiency as traditional RDP protocol in local environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

It is very reliable and trustworthy product for remote access to the networks and can access files, programs while flexibility from any remote places like home or while travelling.We can sync the data in a secured way as it is encrypted with 256 bits so no need to worry about the files and content to transfer the data. What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

Linux and MacOS is not supported on this source and so from my server which is on UNIX based system, I cannot access any files and transfer it to my remote desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can access to any remote desktop of my colleagues in the company and also it is very easy to connect and also is reliable for accessing their work computers remotely. So it gives me the chances to complete my work from any space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn Rescue provides best and fastest remote login services. It saves our both time and money . It helps in providing IT support to our customers without any glitch and errors. After moving to LogMeIn Rescue , we are able to increase our productivity by 35 % and reduce our response time to atleast 30% to complete our service tickets. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Easier interface yet providing all important functionalities.

remote desktop feature is quite similar to anydesk

but unlike anydesk, It rarely has shown any connection issues. Its superfast and very reliable in terms of remote connection.

I have used it across macbook, windows and ubuntu. Its flawless across all platforms and easily integratable.

I also like the abundance of documentation available in case of any help.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Customer Support: Its at par only. At times, I had to do a lot of to and fro to get an issue resolved with the customer support. Delays are also frequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No physical presence is required as it provides efficient and fast remote access.

I use GoTo assist for project running and management on a remote desktop with ease.

we use it as helpdesk tool as well. It scales well with the number of support requests and minimizes response times from support team.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Gives me a secure independent log in to my work pc's. Nice to control my remote access separate from IT provider. Resolution is good. Super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn Rescue has made customer support much easier for our agents. It is much more efficient when everyone is looking at the same screen and you are not trying to direct clients to click a specific button and they are on a different screen than you think they are. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I use GoTo Resolve to connect to our client's computers and servers to troubleshoot issues related to our software. It is better than other tools in the way that i don't have to guide clients to grant me specific permissions. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Sometimes the screen freezes mid operation and we have to reload the URL to get access Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ours is a software company that gets installed on servers. To troubleshoot issues we need clients' server access. Our clients organisations prohibit installation of remote access softwares on their system. GoTo Resolve helps us to connect to client's screen without any instll needed at client end. Only one issue i had with logmein that if there are many users logged in at once we were not able to access it and this is the one and only issue I had Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
