What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The best aspect of GoToAssist is that end-users can be sent an invitation link or support code, and receive prompts to install the software on demand. As the installation occurs, hints are given to the support technician about the prompts that the end-user sees to help guide their installation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Although the product is called, "GoToAssist", the support URL is of the form: https://fastsupport.com/{9-digit Support Code}. Sometimes after a remote support session has been established, the support technician loses access to the end-user's mouse, and it requires a few clicks of a certain sequence to regain control. What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoToAssist enables support technicians to see what the end-user sees on their computer screen to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Support technicians can gain mouse and keyboard control so that an end-user does not need to be coached on what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Each of our employees uses GoToMyPC and has found it to be very easy to use, extremely convenient and very dependable. We can't do without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

We have not found anything to dislike about using GoToMy PC. For some small businesses the price might be a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the pandemic, GoToMyPC was a business-saving tool. We found that most of our employees were able to accomplish their tasks from home without any hitch at all. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The management console is intuitive and makes managing remote hosts very simple. Remote support connections are restart-resilient. There is an available unattended agent we've incorporated into our builds to seamlessly integrate into our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There is a small bug when viewing unattended support computers where it constantly pops up every minute or so when you're connected to a remote host. Requires an extra click to close or maybe 5 during a typical session. It's a known bug, there's probably a fix but after using it for 5 years it still hasn't been patched. What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast performance, remote host unattended sessions. We can easily monitor when hosts are online, offline. It enables our support staff to quickly take over an end-user system. Connections are logged and recorded for auditing purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
