What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that it is simple to invite another tech to join a session. The process of connecting to a customer's account is very easy for them to understand even if they are not tech-savvy. No windows are lying over the connection to control the program, everything is out of the way above the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The only issue that I have difficulty with is when I am connected to a customer's machine and the process we are doing requires admin credentials be entered, Once the customer enters those, I no longer have control. I would like if there was an option for the customer to affirm they want me to be able to retain control of the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a tech with a software company so I use GTA every day to connect to customers who are having issues with their program. This program makes connecting with customers very simple. I also really appreciate that I can easily invite an additional tech to join when there is a very difficult issue. The unattended support option is also a great feature that allows me to connect to users after they have left for the day, making it easy to correct their problems without disrupting their workday. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

It's one of the tools that make our teams' collaboration effortlessly seamless. It has the simplest interface as it is user-friendly, and didn't take much of an effort to learn its features and how to use it. Also, whenever we need to do file transfers, we are all safe in doing so as all of our files are secured and safely kept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

I haven't experienced anything far worst than sometimes it's a bit laggy, and I know there are several reasons behind it that may have caused the app to slow down. Apart from that, I can't think of any! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GTA allows quick status view and connections. It's also very fast at displaying the remote workstation. It also automatically resumes the session when rebooting the remote machine or if the connection is lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

What's not to like? This app allows me to do everything I need to provide high-quality remote assistance (interactive) and support (like doing updates on machines where the updates are not done automatically, by design or otherwise0. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoToAssist allows me to update a large number of Server with Windows Updates each month because the servers are deliberately not set to automatically update, but it's part of my job to keep them updated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

Easy setup of the agent and mutli-platform support with feature like Multi-session connection and ability to restart the end devices.Installation of the update and getting the remote wihtout thr need of the end user make it more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I have been using this platform for many years for my multiple dental offices. I have never had any issues or problems. I love how you can customize your plan to suit your needs. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

GoToMyPC is a reliable means for accessing any of my computers in three locations. The platform is stable, so I can leave GoToMyPC up and running for days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Files created on one computer don't update the others. The mass transfer tab works fairly well, but gets hung up at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

What I like best about Central is the ease of use and deployment both remotely and in person. We only have about 125 devices with a healthy mix between laptops and desktops. Central is an excellent tool that makes it so I can manage all of the PCs remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

The only thing that I dislike about Central is that it doesn't have anything for Android tablets/iPads. We have Android tablets deployed at our locations in use as time clocks. We have to use a competitor's product to manage them remotely. It would be AWESOME to have this all under one roof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Central:

There are a lot of other remote management and remote access tools available. Central by LogMeIn is a bit pricy; I'll admit especially if you go over 100 users/PCs. We found that out the hard way. If you have over 100 users, go nuts and put it on everything, as after that, it comes in bulk pricing. It is very much worth the yearly cost. It is extremely easy to use. You can even make a Windows account to use as a remote login called LogMeInRemoteUser, to which there's a guide on their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Central has solved the issue of remote access to both our servers and PCs. We have multiple locations throughout several states, and Central allows me to help users as if I was right there in person. We have also switched to using Logmein on our servers. Central allows us to disable RDP, which is a very insecure program. We use it to log in securely to all of our end points. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The best aspect of GoToAssist is that end-users can be sent an invitation link or support code, and receive prompts to install the software on demand. As the installation occurs, hints are given to the support technician about the prompts that the end-user sees to help guide their installation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Although the product is called, "GoToAssist", the support URL is of the form: https://fastsupport.com/{9-digit Support Code}. Sometimes after a remote support session has been established, the support technician loses access to the end-user's mouse, and it requires a few clicks of a certain sequence to regain control.
