I like that it is simple to invite another tech to join a session. The process of connecting to a customer's account is very easy for them to understand even if they are not tech-savvy. No windows are lying over the connection to control the program, everything is out of the way above the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue that I have difficulty with is when I am connected to a customer's machine and the process we are doing requires admin credentials be entered, Once the customer enters those, I no longer have control. I would like if there was an option for the customer to affirm they want me to be able to retain control of the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's one of the tools that make our teams' collaboration effortlessly seamless. It has the simplest interface as it is user-friendly, and didn't take much of an effort to learn its features and how to use it. I have been using this platform for many years for my multiple dental offices. I have never had any issues or problems. I love how you can customize your plan to suit your needs. GoToMyPC is a reliable means for accessing any of my computers in three locations. The platform is stable, so I can leave GoToMyPC up and running for days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Central is the ease of use and deployment both remotely and in person. We only have about 125 devices with a healthy mix between laptops and desktops. Central is an excellent tool that makes it so I can manage all of the PCs remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I dislike about Central is that it doesn't have anything for Android tablets/iPads. We have Android tablets deployed at our locations in use as time clocks. The best aspect of GoToAssist is that end-users can be sent an invitation link or support code, and receive prompts to install the software on demand. Although the product is called, "GoToAssist", the support URL is of the form: https://fastsupport.com/{9-digit Support Code}. Sometimes after a remote support session has been established, the support technician loses access to the end-user's mouse, and it requires a few clicks of a certain sequence to regain control.
