What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Remote, help is incredibly simple to operate and reasonably priced. I have access to the PC that I require. I was permitted to access any of my three systems. I have the option of printing to my workplace PC or some other printer. The option to print from customers' PCs to my printer is among my favorite and most utilized features. I wouldn't have been able to perform as efficiently and productively without such simple remote access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

The only issue I can figure out is the persistent LastPass pop-up that appeared for a time. The second complaint is the cost increase a few years back. I'd enjoy it more if its cost was reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, we've been using GoToMyPC for 3 years. It is incredibly simple to set up and use. GoToMyPC enables me to quickly and easily connect to my customers' PCs. GoToMyPC enables me to simply complete my work. I require the capacity to use this tool. I've tried several, but it's by far the finest.While leaving the workplace, going home, or on a meeting or job trip, GoToMyPC is my buddy that helps me do my work. What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

What I like best is that once the agent is installed, you have the ability to render remote support to any of the clients with one click of the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The ability to start remote sessions without having to request the user download any application. Just with a link an a 6 digit code, helping on user acceptance.

Also has great automation tools for IT for software installation, patching, updates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The tool is so user friendly with features that are very important fro a remote working engineer like me , I work daily with software for atleeast 4 hrs a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoToAssist (now GoTo Resolve) has been a reliable, intuitive program that has saved countless hours of travel and allowed me to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently! Excellent customer service team, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The only challenges with GoTo Resolve would be connecting with post-Catalina Macs (requires two sessions and permissions changes in the Security and Privacy sections) and Chromebooks. There has been one (quickly resolved) outage in the last ten years. Virtually no complaints here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) to install print drivers, set up scanning, and configure Xerox copiers. Our territory covers several states and would be impossible to manage without GoTo Resolve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is an ideal platform sd a tool for remote access to the desktop because it helps to connect quickly, it can admit access from anywhere and it adapts very well for its use, it is a system that is based on offering you support well-developed technology which is easy to use and is very intuitive, it also contains an extremely well-structured interface which contains a good design, has very fast connectivity due to its browser that is very well structured and apart from that it is very friendly to use for any requirement you need. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

An area that should be better trained is the option of using the system with the mobile application since when it is sed it is very slow, it tends to fall and makes users feel unpleasant, which is why it is annoying and it an id, not the same to use it as on a computer or desktop, apart from its cost is a bit high for which they should make it more accessible and add more benefits so that more users can use it. it's a service that provides fantastic technical support, it helps you to get easy use without any unresolved issues, it helps you to have fantastic use of desktops with fast connectivity, and GoToAssist is a very flexible system, plus it allows you to transfer your files safely and very quickly, besides it has a very attractive interface, well developed and offers a very friendly use.
