It is the most robust remote software/service high I have ever seen. there are many features that I like. The first one is invited technician. The second one is unattended. third one is helping Android and iOS mobile devices. and the best is rescue lens where I can see what the client is seeing so I can better support them. Simple and responsive web UI.
The client is light in resources and easy to be installed by end-users.

It is occasionally difficult to link to a live representative, which is inconvenient. I loathe having to lead the customer through the installation process every time.
