Easy to set up and use.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I use it almost daily to connect with clients or friends, family, etc. Easy to walk people through the connection process, and easy to set up anyone for "automatic" connection, if they wish. When I've had a problem connecting to someone, I've always been able to get a tech on the phone to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoToResolve is an easy-to-use tool for remote support. The program allows quick connection times and a valuable tool to allow screen sharing and remote control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There are more steps involved in getting connected than there needs to be, but they steps are easy. The multiple steps do make GoToResolve more secure, but some could be encapsulated better and still maintain security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I like that there is a alternative to the built in remote support. Radmin that sets off the virus scanners and, is separate from the regular meeting software you normally use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

I don't like installing more software. I like optimal solutions. So if you are happy with the meeting software sharing your screen for a presentation you can expect the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:

I would use vnc in a hurry and, set this up later. it just doesn't come with the support this does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well it comes with support you get all your questions answered by the company support staff if you are tired of Microsoft support. It's not the fastest, it's not the cheapest but, if you want that functionality and, don't want to go into work you can always have a alternative. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoToAssist performs reliably every time I need to connect with a customer's computer. It's fairly easy to get them connected, and there never seems to be any downtime. Plus if I'm traveling and I need information or a document that's only on my home computer, it's easy to connect from anywhere and get what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The only downside I can think of is the name "fastsupport." Somehow about half the people I tell the URL to seem to think I'm saying "staff support," and they end up on staff-recruitment sites until I spell it for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a software reseller and do a lot of technical support. I can't imagine being able to do that without seeing the customer's computer and - at times - troubleshooting issues myself, rather than telling them how to do it. Some people are not terribly tech-savvy, and don't know how to follow the steps involved in troubleshooting. For instance, if I say, "Open File Explorer" and they don't know what that is, it slows everything down. So much faster to do it myself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I had a good experience with the package, used several tools, but I used to use the one that would connect to another computer and offer remote access. It was good most of the times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

Ability to use the core function without having to go through rigorous training since the tool is very easy to grasp. The downtime was very low, making it reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During peak times, I faced a bit of slowness and required the tool to be restarted. Not a big deal breaker, considering the support team is highly responsive to issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
