The most helpful thing about GoTo Resolve is the ease with which you can sync daily tasks and communications in just one forum. I am constantly misplacing key aspects of my presentation. That I can work from home and still perform actions on a users computers as if I was standing at their desk. A common problem for users is not to be able to install the software they need to perform their job and with this software I can access their laptop and provide the administrator credentials to do the install without having to risk security. What is most helpful about Go To My PC is that it is extremely easy to work with. I have used this product to connect to my office server from Arizona, California, and Wisconsin. In the few occasins

There is nothing that I dislike about this product. We have other people in our office that use it and they have never complained about any feather of it. I can only say that I personally and I speak of the people in my office that there is no downside to using the product. You can expand the number of users very easily.
