What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

It is easy to use. Once you enter pin into rescue app helpdesk team can get access of your mobile device. It is helpful to install any app or to configure email id. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The most helpful thing about GoTo Resolve is the ease with which you can sync daily tasks and communications in just one forum. I am constantly misplacing key aspects of my presentation. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is sometimes challenging to sync with my existing calendar or other software that I may be using while also using GoTo Resolve. This issue is easy to fix by using a second screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I have been a user of Go To My PC since 2010. It allows me to connect to my home PC while on business, vacation or traveling via my laptop to access all my software programs at home without duplicating them on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

For personal use the annual cost is expensive. Otherwise, it provides great connectivity. I have no dislikes about the software interface performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It was really easy to use for client meetings. They were able to log on without any issues. We were able to track our productivity and increase it with the use of this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Easy of access to the windows or Mac systems with admin access control,

Swift file transfers, getting system info instantly with a click and event viewers.

And most importantly the collaboration of inviting other technician within the same session for assistance in critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

At times the software goes not responding or it doesn't generate a code until unless the session is killed from task manager.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The day to day use lined up with the claims the company made and provided our company some much-needed solutions to problems we had at the time. Overall, it worked well and helped us save time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

We encountered issues when connecting with clients who used more than one monitor. It requires a few extra steps and can be cumbersome, especially with less technically inclined clients. Sometimes there was an issue with lag or slow file transfers, but it was manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provided an easy tool to assist our clients in diagnosing and solving many issues remotely that may have otherwise required us to travel. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It has some issues with connection where at some destination machines, one needs to either update the software or install a new version to get connected to host machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

That I can work from home and still perform actions on a users computers as if I was standing at their desk. A common problem for users is not to be able to install the software they need to perform their job and with this software I can access their laptop and provide the administrator credentials to do the install without having to risk security. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

If the users connection is not great then it can take a long time to perform some of the tasks. I've been disconnected a few times and had to re-restablish the session but not a huge deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

What is most helpful about Go To My PC is that it is extremely easy to work with. I have used this product to connect to my office server from Arizona, California, and Wisconsin. In the few occasins

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

There is nothing that I dislike about this product. We have other people in our office that use it and they have never complained about any feather of it. I can only say that I personally and I speak of the people in my office that there is no downside to using the product. You can expand the number of users very easily.
