What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What I really like on GoTo Resolve is the possebility to search devices by there username. Using other programs, I spend a lot of time, directing collegues, who needed help, to a software and instruct them how to give me access on there computer. With GoTo Resolve the only thing I need to know is who called me. I can find there device by simply looking for there name in the program.

I also really like that the application and the web version reconise my keyboard language. I give support to people in diffrent countrys with diffrent keyboards and Go To resolve have the best solution for the diffrent keyboards and I did not recived any problems what so ever.

I also like that I can use GoTo Resolve as application and on the Web. Runs very smooth on both and provides everything thats needed!

I also like that you provide a msi file for installation, so I can enroll it to all company devices.

The option to use a download link to direct support was okay, but I did not have too much occasions to test it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Since the recent update, the software performs very slow. I think it´s an issue of the update and that its likeley fixed soon.

The fact that I need to enter a security key is sometimes annoying. I know it´s always better to have security measures in place, but sometimes the settings reset it self, so insted of providing the security key once a week, it will be needed for every action and I need to reset it again.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo Resolve has made it easy for me to provide remote assistance to users and where when I'm anywhere. I was very easily able to get it to run on my smart phone allowing me to quickly solve a IT issue at work while in the middle of a road trip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The two biggest issues I've encountered is GoTo Resolve is a bit more resource hungry when providing remote support compared to other remote desktop solutions. Some of our older machines run extremely slowly when I'm using it to remote in. Additionally if the GoTo Resolve client on a machine decides to stop it can be a pain instructing a user how to restart it and is usually easier to tell them to reset the entire machine. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Be careful of their terms of use. After using the service for many years, I retired recently. I was charged for yearly renewal of the service. The day I received the renewal invoice by email, I called and cancelled. They had already charged my credit card and informed me if I wanted to cancel, I had to do before the renewal date. I was never informed that the subscription was up for renewal. So now I have a year subscript for something I will not use. In my opinion this is very questionable business practice. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

What I like best about GoToMyPC is its reliability and ease of use. The setup process is straightforward, and it provides seamless access to my office computer from any location. The connection is always stable, and the performance is smooth, which makes remote work efficient. What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

The main downside is the cost, as it can be a bit pricey compared to some other remote access solutions. Also, occasionally the mobile app can be a bit slow to respond. GoToMyPC allows me to manage and access my work computer from home or while traveling. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

GoToMyPc has been essential to my mobility and maintaining a home based business while on the road. It has been 100% reliable and customer service - whenever needed - has been truly wonderful. It is one of my most valued tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

There isn't much I would change about GoToMyPC. I have recently had issue with the 2-step authentification process, but there is a backup method for when that suddenly fails, so I have never been without access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

GoTo is a set of tools which will support the remote work online meetings and webinars it also offers the GoTo connects and which will helps in the situation where people in certain situations can't go to office virtually will be most useful with this GoTo feature and it will gives us a breakthrough in situations we already faced in the past like covid 19 etc. Its a simple and essential tool to be recommended and used. LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo solves the remote problems related to support functionality like It helpdesk by minimising the time by travelling and addresses the query with in minutes with out any intervention. What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

The remote printing is a great and the ability to transfer files from the remote computer to the other computer is helpful.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn enables me to better support customers with Professional Services projects. I have used LogMeIn with two different companies for a total of 7 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LogMeIn is not as friendly on MacOS, but it can still work. From my experiences there are more hoops to go through with LogMeIn on MacOS than on Windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though Zoom and Teams have remote control options, neither of them allow you to share a clipboard and copy paste text from your side to the remote host's side.
