What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Reliable remote access and easy to talk the end user through getting a connection.

End of session feedback survey is good for checking our agent satisfaction.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Very occasionally it won't connect to some PCs

We have recently tried Go To Resolved, so now we like the mobile camera share functionality, not in Go To Assist Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any on premise issues that our customers have with our software, mostly used for connecting to EPOS units and SQL servers.

Also used for online training, showing the end user how to do something rather than it being just over the phone.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Goto Assist (Resolve) is an easy enough product for the remove assist admin and the user being helped. This product has the safety of the end-user knowing what assistance the tech is providing. Compared to other products, the product works well in low bandwidth and high latency environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What I like more about GoTo is that is it very easy to use. Basically it allows you to send a link to the customer and that's all. There is no need to log or download different tools to make it work.

Due to the fact that it is effortless to use it with our external clients but lately, we are using it also whintin the company for a faster solution of everyday issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I have used GoToAssist since it's initial release. It was and is far superior to original support tools like VNC from many aspects.

It has saved me invaluable time, money, and miles. It has allowed me to service clients and support them from anywhere - just like I was at their desk. Clients appreciate that they don't to wait for a site visit and that their needs are immediately evaluated and addressed. It saves both of us time, money and resources... time for me as a support provider and down time for the client who no longer has to wait for someone to visit their premises. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I don't have any real downside to using the GoToAssist product. Could they add a future module that allows me to beam myself to a client site when the rare occasion arises where a physical visit is necessary? 😂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It solves scheduling and travel time issue for support calls. In many instances what may seem to be a huge issue to a client can be fixed with a quick remote support session. That translates for greater efficiency for me and greater flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The platform makes it easy for IT Support staff to assist remote workers with fixing local problems of connectivity, access, and/or general support. The process is much cleaner than other programs we've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I don't know much about how good the support side is when the program doesn't function as intended since I am usually more on the receiving end of the IT support. I have heard things from colleagues that the support could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like the ease of use of the program. It is a simple login to enable remote access with my IT person. They no longer have to come to the office to check on an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be used to obtain diagnostic info from the host computer and have other IT members join a diagnostic session. Team members do not necessarily have to be on a laptop or desktop to access; they may use their smartphones. The software also comes with dynamic controls when running on a mobile device.
