The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back. The software is quite easy to navigate. GoToMyPc makes transferring large files from one computer to another a breeze. It also makes accessing my computer a breeze when on the road. I can do everything that I would normally do when sitting at my computer but via the internet and I can also print locally to where I am at that moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and very quick. Very often, getting a client or colleague to do something on their computer they are not familiar with is an arduous task. With this, my job is greatly simplified.
