What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back. The software is quite easy to navigate. I like that I can use it on my smartphone and access files sent by my employers. As well, they can assess my desktop if there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

As an end user, I have had no issues with the Go To Resolve software that I can blame on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can schedule my work to fit into my daily routine. I can work from anywhere there is an internet connection. If there is a problem, I can send a ticket. It is dealt with quickly, which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

Speedy and simple to interface from a distance with clients, it gives strong reporting capabilities like session details, technician performance information, and end users. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The extraordinary thing about LogMeIn is that I can send my inner clients an email with an immediate connection so I can get to their PCs from a distance to assist with program establishments. Extremely simple to utilise.

Gives simple and consistent document moving and sharing capacities to build efficiency and cooperation while working remotely. Gives screen sharing choices to permit admittance to view or control continuous exercises. Provides the ability to record remote access, support sessions, and much more!! What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I've used GoTo products for many years. Their software and product names have evolved, but what has remained consistent is that it is reliable, and if I ever need support, I can usually get ahold of a tech in a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The options provided by this tool for both on-demand and real-time remote access to endpoints are solid. Having remote access to all our machines with the ability to elevate credentials for installs is great. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The web-based administrative portal can at times be cumbersome and unreliable. The pricing plans have changed over the years and haven't always been consistent with the rest of the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I liked that it was easy to access and easy to use. Very user friendly. I liked that the support was easily accessible and they were very helpful. Even for me not being the most technical savy individual, I had little to no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I wish I could have easily accessed documents like chat sessions, connection time and other data. A live chat support would be very helpful. A library of video instructions may be helpful for those who struggle and need tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

GoToMyPc makes transferring large files from one computer to another a breeze. It also makes accessing my computer a breeze when on the road. I can do everything that I would normally do when sitting at my computer but via the internet and I can also print locally to where I am at that moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

Occasionally the transfer function locks up or doesn't complete and I have to restart. At one time there seemed to be a button to click to stop this issue, but I don't see that button anymore and this still happens Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:

If you work remotely and or transfer large files, GoToMyPc is for you. It is so easy to install and use, it really makes life so must easier working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Access to my computers from outside the office is essential in today's environment and GoToMyPC makes doing this a breeze. We also use this to access our client's computers and assist them as needed. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Easy to use and very quick. Very often, getting a client or colleague to do something on their computer they are not familiar with is an arduous task. With this, my job is greatly simplified. The seamless integration with slack and MS Teams, too, is a godsend. I can quickly resolve tickets right from slack as when they appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is a little on the pricier side compared to other offerings like TeamViewer, but for the integrations it provides, it is good. It is also a little lacking on the features front, and new features take a while to come on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary use was to help with remote assistance and support. Asking the user to get logs and diagnose issues and making them follow steps to resolve the same is suitable for minor issues and when your team is small. As it grows, it becomes even more difficult without remote management software. Also, the fact that this is secure and encrypted gives me peace of mind knowing sensitive information is safe. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Goto Resolve is the next level of IT management software, one of the best software for remote access and control from IT team to employees to resolve their tickets, this software is little bit more advanced than other software, and the best in this is camera sharing and connect to devices and yes remote access, it can be connected to any different platform with any device, resolve any types of ticket raised, it gives the full experience of working on the system from front Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much to dislike, but when it comes to the mobile data internet connection, the tool lags due to slow internet and when transferring huge data or files and ya of course video calling quality is reduced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?
