The only minor issue is that sometimes there can be a bit of a lag when using while typing. Printing is a challenge but not insurmountable. It takes a little extra investigation to figure out how it works. I do not consider either of these deal breakers. Using it for the last couple of months on a daily basis to provide technical and nontechnical support to different teams on the basis of their requirement. It is very simple to use; just send the link to anyone by Mail to whom you want to connect or you want to access their system, and after that, you can easily access their system and resolve their problem; it also has more functionality also, it is available with community or free plans also but with limited functionality. With GoToResolve it is easy to manage tickets and resolve issues quickly. No need to use other remote support softwares because we can take remote access directly from GoToAssist panel against that particular ticket.
