What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

It's UI and information that is displayed within its options, resources and other computer information are ready available on my end instead of manually checking it on the computer itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

Instability, sometimes the connections went off and it's not reconnecting in some occasions, however there are cases as well that the tool is not just working probably due to a bug on the update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's the ease of connection, Central laid several options for me to choose from. If one option didn't work for some reason Central already got my back by showing me option 2 and 3 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

It made working from home seamless even before many of us were forced to work from home for different reasons. I had access to everything in the manner to which I am accustomed. I easily use both screens at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy solution for accessing work files at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

The only minor issue is that sometimes there can be a bit of a lag when using while typing. Printing is a challenge but not insurmountable. It takes a little extra investigation to figure out how it works. I do not consider either of these deal breakers. Even though our company is able to do all things in the cloud now, I still prefer using GoToMyPC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue was obtaining access to ALL files and programs at home. These would be vendors that I didn't have logins for at home, paying bills online at vendor websites and even banking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Using it for the last couple of months on a daily basis to provide technical and nontechnical support to different teams on the basis of their requirement. It is very simple to use; just send the link to anyone by Mail to whom you want to connect or you want to access their system, and after that, you can easily access their system and resolve their problem; it also has more functionality also, it is available with community or free plans also but with limited functionality. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It provides ticketing as well as remote support solution in one place.

With GoToResolve it is easy to manage tickets and resolve issues quickly. No need to use other remote support softwares because we can take remote access directly from GoToAssist panel against that particular ticket.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

We are using it since last 3-4 years and never faced any single issue till date so i have no any point to dislike GoToResolve.

But it will be better if they provide detailed documentation for some of it's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier we were using Excel for ticketing and another software for remote access. But it was difficult to keep track of both.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

The most valuable feature is that it is so easy and helpful to access and complete tasks anytime. It is a single place to control all your systems, tools and features. Whenever it needs access for remote use, the user needs to provide some credentials. There is also credentials providing quality available for reducing the risky use of the software. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

There are some tools in Central for which you need to pay an extra amount for using those tools. The devices are automation, reporting, and many more, which can't be used without paying extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to access my clients/customers/colleagues' systems to resolve their problems without physically visiting their place. There is it is straightforward for me to assign tasks to all my team members, and even I can now keep an eye on their work and generate reports on time. What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

When quarantine hit, we sent folks home with laptops or desktops or whatever we had. We set some people up to remote into their workstations from home, and we bought printers from the local store. If you were there, you remember we all did what we could to make it work. We expanded our LogMeIn footprint so our users could work from anywhere and our IT support could help them from anywhere.
