What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

The Simplified Remote Hi-Fi Support Softwares Needs all the Features, And Rescue is All-in-one for the requirements. The Video Features and Remote Setup are Easy to Setup on the Go. I Used Rescue to COnnect with the Technical and QA Teams and Its Automatic Dynamic Connects Features Saved me Lots of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

All the Features and Setup are Easy Alltyhrough for Windows. But With My Badluck, I was in MacMini, and For Mac, It was a Little Bit Tricky for the First time BEcause of Mac's permission issues. Otherwise, all the other features are Lovely and time-saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the Rescues i used Some other Remote Desktop Software, But was Disappointed with some of the features and. With Rescue I had Remote Video Features Also, which Helps me to Socialize with the Team and Clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

it is reliable and it works even when other tools are not allowed to connect to the device. We can then connect and reset the customers application of reboot the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

that it doesn't auto-update the unattended access app on the client Device. and it can't be updated remotely, so we need to visit the actual device to update the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

The main use is to remote access your own PC so you can use the tools, get your files or simply access other computers. Best if you have remote job or access shared computer from office or school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

It's expensive. You should get it only if the costs justify the monthly expenses. There are better ways to access your files like cloud drives. Works best only if you have remote job and need to access your PC remotely and too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's more like being on your computer (because you are) than some alternate methods of accessing your files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I love that we can join a session by SMS or email. It makes providing support to our clients that much more seamless. It makes organizing our support easier by allowing us to easily manage support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo is a great service all around but sometimes suffers from unreliability. I can't say the same for GoTo Resolve since it's worked as intended so far. I don't have any dislikes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it super easy to resolve tech tickets for our clients. It makes sure everyone on our IT team is on the same page. GoTo Resolve is a game changer. What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

Rescue software is great for remoting into computers where you may need admin rights. It has a large feature suite for remoting in and diagnosing issues or installing/updating/patching software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

Rescue has a dated UI and can be difficult to navigate at times. The administrator portal is not as robust as it could be. Can have issues remoting on low-bandwidth connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Added security, RMM features, camera share, mobile support. Being able to create groups and add devices to groups. Teams integration even though we are not using it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

So far there hasn't been anything I don't dislike about the product. Support has not been the greatest and billing has been slow processing our purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping us with new users setting up equipment and configuring MFA on their mobile device. RMM features are great for installing windows updates on devices we would have to update manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that to help our customers, we can send a link to their emails, and everything is so easy for them compared to other solutions we have used before. Another thing I like is the option of inviting more agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I only dislike that when you want to transfer, you can't simply copy and paste the files or drag and drop the file where you like it. Instead, you need to manually choose the source path and destination path from a window of the software's own file explorer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

Go To My PC allows me to work from anywhere. The connection is fast and easy. And the remote printing is great !! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
