What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo Resolve (GoToAssist) enables us to easily remotely connect to other work computers in order to address a user's needs. Since we now outsource our IT department, I primarily would use Goto Resolve to remotely help staff with trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Every so often, there is a glitch here and there, but overall it's been a very good product. I don't have many complaints about it. No real area where huge improvements are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we have an employee needing help with a training, and I cannot be at their side, GoTo enables me to assist them remotely and guide/watch what they're doing simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo Resolve is the best remote access tool. We support our employees and clients remotely through support sessions with GoTo Resolve. The user interface is simple, quick, and easy to learn for new users. GoTo Resolve offers excellent features like chatting with clients, transferring files, multi-session handling, session recording for training purposes, etc.

We used GoTo Resolve for our employees who work from home as well. We support our employees with software installation, system configuration, Windows updates, driver installation, etc. The other feature I like the most is restarting the user's computer. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo Resolve is a bit pricey compared to other solutions. It is a subscription-based application. It also requires a fast internet connection to function quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, GoTo Resolve is the best remote access tool on the market. We easily connect with our clients and employees and provide support. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

One of the best things about this app is that it is beneficial and straightforward to use for technical support for all types of organization .

We can connect with any user straightforwardly in both manners Attended and unattended ways, which is one of the other best things about this app.

We can Record sessions if we want for future purposes.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

We liked the tool because it was straightforward to use and implement across the board. The user has minial issues logging in. It allows users to remote in from anywhere in the globe pretty much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

Network or internet connection could be a real issue if you do not have a good internet connection, then it will disrupt the session and a lot of the opened files might be hung or locked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Very easy to connect to customers and troubleshoot problems with their software. I like the ease of just giving them a simple site like fastsupport.com to go to and them only having to enter the support code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The only negative I have ever encountered is that when I have customers using admin creds to protect specific processes from running on their machines, they are not prompted by GTA to install as a service. I cannot control the computer when the admin creds are in use, until that process has closed. I wish it was easier to be able to install as a service for users who do not have an account, but techs are connecting to their workstations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use GTA on a daily basis to connect with customers who are actively using our software and need assistance with tech support, or how to preform a specific function within the program.
