I have been using gotomypc.com since the late 2000's and that enabled me to provide support to my assistant from home rather than in the office. It is better than newer solutions because it has been around longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about GoToMyPC is that it is really intuitive to use and that they have incredible support staff. Another really great thing about this app is the drag-and-drop functionality of my local files to the remote computer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
