What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I have been using gotomypc.com since the late 2000's and that enabled me to provide support to my assistant from home rather than in the office. It is better than newer solutions because it has been around longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

The lag between moving the mouse on my screen and on the remote pc. The processing speed needs to be increased to provide better performance and remove the lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

It was easy to setup. The tools in Admin Center allowed for the creation of easily deployed install packages. The setting allowed us to safely have external technicians remotely connect to help troubleshoot issues with their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

The price was steeply increased from the software we previously used for remote support. I do not like the monthly/annual licensing structure. I was lucky in the at accounting did not force us to purchase based on price comparisons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

The best part about GoToMyPC is that it is really intuitive to use and that they have incredible support staff. Another really great thing about this app is the drag-and-drop functionality of my local files to the remote computer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the software, I used this product around for 1 month. But my IT lead decided to do with ZOHO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I liked the software, Understanding Ticketing system was little bit complecated for a first time user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Central?

The remote aspect of Log Me In was fantastic when it first started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Central?

The added RMM features were not useful to my company. The patching process and such were all very tedious and unreliable for us in comparison to NinjaRMM. We felt like we were being nickle and dimed for everything needed. The final straw was the security breach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote access into unattended endpoints was our usage and it did that well. The rest of the features always felt lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
