What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

This is a simple and easy-to-use software with an intuitive interface and GUI. I love that it can provide remote support and provide remote support, mobile support and camera support. I like how easy it is to use, nothing gets lost and tasks don't get buried when tickets come in. Communication is easy with team members and with clients. I am pretty happy with this software, as well as other Go To software, such as go to meeting, go to webinar, go to training and even LastPass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There isn't much to dislike, it does what it is supposed to do and delivers as all Go To products do, however, the price point may be too high for small businesses. For example it costs $70-240 CAD at the time of this writing. This is a simple interface with easy management ticketing system and follow up systems so nothing gets lost in the shuffle of a busy business, they improve the customer experience and overall value to the client. You can install this on your phone, regardless of whether it is an android or iPhone as well as your desktop, on a Microsoft or mac computer. It also has reporting functionality as well which is great to review your metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed support software to help trouble shoot people's issues remotely, manage tickets, resolve issues, and deliver great customer care and quality service in a seamless easy-to-use environment. It saves me time and I guess money since time is money. I like that it delivers a cool interface and seamless experience for my clients which adds value as well. In the past tickets were being emailed and we were manually managing it in other software but really lacked the ability to look at the persons system in real time. With go to resolve you can now get into their system or view it using their camera on their phone (apple or android). overall its been a great software to use! What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

Unattend remote connection to me is by far the most useful feature to me. I configure it on my "problem children" that way I do not require them to be at the desktop when I work on their devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

The only think that I have had issues with. and this is very rare these days is when their graphics were not clear on my side, but since the pandemic and everyone seems to be on a faster (fiber)connection these days, I do not have that problem anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that LMI solves for me is being able to access end users devices immediately when they have an issue. This is an invaluable time saver, and allows me to get my users back to work quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

On logmein we can easily share files, use the script that's already available to save time. I personally like logmein it's easy for user's to access as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I work with graphics. It is critical to have high quality visuals. Sitting in front of GTMYPC remotely is just like sitting at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

As operating systems evolve, GTMYPC does not allow legacy compatibility. There are necessary programs we have operating on computers running older operating systems. For various reasons, it is difficult or very cost prohibitive to change the programs, as well as unecessary since they are functioning perfectly well. For these we have had to repla ce GTMYPC since the operating systems are no longer compatible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our operation is 24/5. There are occasions when issues must be addressed at all hours night and day. GTMPC allows me to go home, go on vacation, be away from the office. Is there any greater service that a product of this type can provide? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

You can work on any computer anywhere and transfer files between computers as well as print wherever you are. It is the definition of a mobile office and a must have for a small office! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
