It is just an android for desktop with few modifications to give a better interface and look, and it feels like Windows. It will not take much more time to get used to the interface of this software. The creaters have designed it in such a way that Windows user will not face any difficulty in getting used to it. Even any layman can also learn it in a short span of time. It is an excellent Android environment for testing different applications before installing them on the Android mobile. In my personal case, it is very useful for implementing Android developments from a virtual machine to which I have assigned 2 MB of RAM and a processor with 2 logical cores, with which my Remix OS runs perfectly well. I have not had problems running native applications such as games, office packages, or web browsers, which is great because other Android systems I have tried often leave the virtual machine hanging or close unexpectedly, especially when testing games. I have had problems running it on some I386 hardware architectures, but nothing that a couple of hours of reading on the Internet couldn't overcome. Most of the time, the issues have been related to assigning too few resources in the virtual machine on which Remix OS runs, causing it to freeze, but after restarting the virtual machine and adding resources like RAM or processors, everything runs very well.
