I really like how I can use the tool for quantitative and qualitative research studies. It is very easy to set up questions either bulk upload or individually. While there is a timing tool, it is harder to customize the 'speaks' like welcome messages. I have had a client complain that the moderator not be on a live video (I am not complaining), but happy you can show an avatar or picture of hte moderator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform enables conversations among up to 1000 people at a time. You get the open-ended feedback you'd expect from a focus group with the anonymity and ability to include people with different power relationships in a single conversation (bosses and team members, intimidating people and shy people, etc.).
