I love the granularity of the software that allows to target, customers as multiple levels, such as time since last visit, lifetime value, etc, and send customized email to various customer segmentation. The summary of opened and conversion rates by campaign is impressive. Then you get an overall store performance dashboard as well which is accurate and insightful
