What I like best about RELEX is its ability to optimize replenishment and demand planning by combining sales history, inventory levels, and demand forecasts. What I dislike about RELEX is that some processes can be complex and require several steps to configure or adjust. At times, the system could be more intuitive and flexible, especially when making specific changes to replenishment parameters or analyzing exceptions. There isn't always a complete understanding from the RELEX side for some functionality of the systems. When being trained to use performance data in SPACE, for example, we never received an actual formula to understand how certain fields are calculated to present to our other office teams. This means that we can guess where the metrics are coming from, but aren't totally certain. This also relates to the lack of documentation for how to utilize the system (i.e. outdated User Manuals). RELEX is one of the most comprehensive solutions we have found for demand and supply planning. Its ability to automate processes and consolidate information has allowed us to reduce manual tasks, have better views and analyses, and make decisions more agilely and well-supported.

In our company, the implementation of RELEX has also contributed to improving product availability and making planning and supply processes more efficient by facilitating a more orderly and consistent management of information.

Another aspect worth highlighting is its excellent after-sales service.
