**What do you like best about Relay Network?**

Relay is a powerful platform that has helped us engage with our audience in a more meaningful and efficient way. I really appreciate the team behind Relay—they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about our success. The platform itself is solid and continues to evolve in ways that benefit our business.

**What do you dislike about Relay Network?**

While I’m generally very satisfied with Relay, I do think there’s room for improvement in usability. The reporting functionality can be a bit slow and sometimes difficult to navigate, and creating reports from scratch isn’t as intuitive as it could be. I also wish there were more support resources—like a dedicated service to help build messages—especially for teams without the bandwidth to do it all internally.

**What problems is Relay Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relay Network helps us solve the challenge of engaging customers in a timely, personalized, and mobile-friendly way. It bridges the communication gap by delivering important messages directly to users in a format they’re more likely to engage with. This has helped us improve outreach, boost response rates, and streamline customer journeys—ultimately driving better results with less manual effort from our team.

**What do you like best about Relay Network?**

What I like best about Relay Network, is the hands-on support we receive from our Client Success Director. Even after using the platform for 3 years, there are still questions that arise and it's to know who to go to for help.

**What do you dislike about Relay Network?**

What I dislike about Relay Network is that it was positioned as having PDF conversion capabilities to help support the Pharma Industry's Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review process, but they don't work as expected. Due to the rules and restrictions different pharma orgs have the PDFs available in Cx builder are not configurable in a way that can be adjusted to fit the clients needs.

**What problems is Relay Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relay Network is helping my client solve engagement issues along their customer journey. Relay is an effective channel to reach their audience in a different way than traditional email, web, banner, or SMS.

**What do you like best about Relay Network?**

The ability to send customized bite-sized messages to our patients! Also, our client success manager, Tom is nothing short of amazing. He is always willing to help us when we have questions! The platform is extremely user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Relay Network?**

Certain platform limitations (i.e. font types)

**What problems is Relay Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing our patients at the right point's of their patient journey, in a matter that is easy for them to digest. The direct connection to phone numbers and emails from the platform has been extremely useful towards our business goals.

**What do you like best about Relay Network?**

My account executive, Elizabeth, has been an exceptional partner. She is always quick to respond and consistently provides thoughtful, strategic advice on how to make the most of the platform to boost customer engagement. Relay has greatly improved our customers' experience by allowing us to deliver timely, access-related communications at important points in their journey. Additionally, I find Relay’s survey feature particularly valuable, as it delivers real-time insights that enable us to continually refine and personalize the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Relay Network?**

Some of the Relay features still need further refinement. For example, the client does not have the ability to create their own power-up surveys and so I need to rely on a customer service rep to create them. This can cause a lot of back and forth when even the most minor adjustments need to be made. Additionally, we've also had some issues with the way that data is coming into our database from Relay. For example, we are not receiving engagement data if it lives on a second card. This skews our engagement data.

**What problems is Relay Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relay enables us to proactively contact our patients whenever we foresee any potential access-related issues. It also allows us to collect updates on personal information, such as insurance, doctor, phone number, or address, through a form that can be included in the Feed. Additionally, with the surveys, we can also capture insights from patients related to any access related topics. For example, in our open enrollment message, we sent a survey asking patients if they had any upcoming insurance changes. For those who responded yes, our support managers, were able to reach out to those patients in a timely manner to gather their updated info and see if they needed any support.

**What do you like best about Relay Network?**

Relay is a unique way for businesses to reach frequent customers through the commutation channel they use most. It is also very easy to use for both the user and the customer.

**What do you dislike about Relay Network?**

When it comes to downloading another app or creating an online profile to make payments, most customers don’t want to take the extra step. As technology consultants we are always looking for new ways to streamline these processes. 

**What problems is Relay Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our customers are facing the challenges of finding new ways to connect with their customers on a more persona level. Not only is Relay helping to achieve that but also offering a channel for online ordering that avoids the fees and monthly commitment of the many online ordering options that are out there.

Easy to access most used links and get back to where you left off. Eady sign in process with sufficient security.

The overall look is a bit confusing at first. Takes a couple days training to figure out more complex features.
