The best thing i love about relativity is the user interface where I can review documents and download them and upload them vice versa. Having an admin rights gives a power to access thorugh all the documents contents and editing tools like batches and workspace and much more. I use this app on daily basis and worked for like 8-9 hrs on the same, and bes thing is easy to use anyone can learn and implement on the same. Customer and client support is also there for the same if we get stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least thing I like about relavitity is tool sometimes get laaged after uploading high no of documents and if a user doesnt have an admin rights he cant explore much more about the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Large-scale document reviews can sometimes suffer from slow searches or lack of complex searches.
Requires experienced administrators for setup, user management, and troubleshooting.
Some repetitive tasks still require manual intervention or scripting.
While comprehensive, it’s sometimes difficult to find practical, real-world troubleshooting tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Relativity is the market leader in eDiscovery tools for a reason. It is innovative, exciting, and powerful. It's a tool I use every single day of my career and love training new users on. Their certification pathway and titles are valuable and worth doing. Our customer success team and the training team we've worked with are both fantastic groups. When things break with Relativity, it's often a minor disaster. We are so ingrained in the system that things like processing or agents breaking puts us in a full stop. There have been periods where this has been particularly extended. There has also been a trend in the last year or so of Relativity discovering issues, resolving them, but not notifying people until months later. This degrades trust in the team behind the tool.
Whilst the documentation site is one of the best in the industry, it's not without significant errors. Having recently reviewed many pages of it as part of studying for various Relativity certifications, I've encountered and flagged some notably out of date information. Some of the best aspects of the product are: the documentation page, certifications, support staff almost any time of the day, and the front-end interface is systematic and logical.
There are lots of automation around the tool to allow attorneys to work effiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite the logical flow of the interface, there are still some things that can be done better. We would like to see the same functionality available in relativity one available to relativity server customers. The big one is automated workflows. Going from tab to tab is very slow at times in the relativity server. Upgrading the relativity server instance needs to happen much quicker. Upgrading should not mean potentially breaking something that once worked fine in the prior version. Creating a saved search is something I do very often and this needs to happen much faster: searches take a long time to run and cumbersome menus take a long time to load. This needs to happen much more quickly. Saving a document list as a static list takes forever to load sometimes. We need the ability to create family-level PDFs. The majority of the software is intuitive, which makes training users easy. Also, since all of the documentation is available online, with a click of a button, users can learn on their own schedule. When questions arise that can't be solved using the online documentation, the support team is there to assist at all hours of the day/night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There a still alot of clicks involved to accomplish a task and some key features missing that would make life much easier - such as being able to search the image of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Relativity is the backbone of E-Discovery and very easy to use. Relativity functions such as coding options, issue tagging, creation of batch, search tools etc are easy to implement and It also helps in analysing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It automatically gets log out if user is not working or active. Logging in again takes a few seconds more time but maybe it happens because it has inbuilt security feature or maybe my organisation has this feature to save data privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been doing a discovery for several years now as an attorney, and have tried multiple platforms. Relativity has consistently been the top performing out of all of them. It's incredibly powerful and you can control the eDiscovery process from start to finish. I especially like being able to view things like searches in list format. Relativity can be difficult to master. There is definitely a learning curve Involved, but the juice is worth the squeeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relativity has created a great community around the platform that makes eDiscovery less complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like some of the set-up/ upgrades have become bloated over the time that I have used Relativity. There are parts that are great such as having a response file that auto populates for items within the installer but if something goes wrong there is a lot of logs to go through to get to the issue. The mix of being a powerful product with a friendly user experience (for people who are used to eDiscovery market) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support keeps being a challenge. Sometimes the first on or two people who takes your ticket only consult the documentation instead really starting digging in the issue, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
