Nothing is really missing from the product. **What problems is REIS Real Estate Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trends for sub markets in the region have been great in solving speculative questions in regard to the business. I can look for real estate data at the property, submarket and market level which is especially important when underwriting a property. **What do you dislike about REIS Real Estate Solutions?** It can be hard to find cap rates and navigate to find some of the information that I want. Sometimes I will search for specific multi-family properties and they will not be on the site. This is most likely due to them being recently constructed, gut rehabbed or re-developed. Constantly updating the markets is essential. **What problems is REIS Real Estate Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are financing multifamily properties all over the country. In doing so we need to underwrite the value of the property (if it is a refinance) correctly so we are financing the correct amount of proceeds. When underwriting a property you will need an understanding of where value is in the property's current market. REIS helps solve this problem. It helps us underwrite the property's value to where it should be in its current market place with nearby comparables. ### 3.
